Once an event is booked and confirmed, DJfindr acts as your central hub for managing all upcoming logistics.

The Events Dashboard

Navigate to the Events tab on your Client dashboard. Here, you can track the status of all your interactions, categorized by:
  • Pending: Inquiries you have submitted that are awaiting a response or an official proposal from the DJ.
  • Action Required: Proposals sent by the DJ that require your review and payment.
  • Upcoming (Confirmed): Events you have successfully booked and paid for.
  • Completed: Past events that have successfully concluded.

Viewing a Confirmed Event

A Confirmed Event provides a singular, organized view of everything you need for the big day. Click into any upcoming event to find:

Event Metadata

All agreed-upon logistical details remain visible here for reference, including the confirmed times block, location, and the final list of added “Extras” (such as lighting packages or fog machines).

DJ Contact Details

While you can always natively message the DJ within the DJfindr Inbox, a Confirmed Event page also unlocks the DJ’s direct phone number and primary email address. This ensures you have immediate offline communication access on the day of the event.

Receipts and Invoices

A record of your accepted proposal, along with payment receipts for your initial deposit and any remaining balances.
