The DJfindr calendar is your central dashboard for availability. It ensures you only receive inquiries for dates that you are actually able to perform.

Manually Blocking Time

If you book a gig outside of DJfindr, or just want to take a weekend off, you should block that time on your calendar.
  1. Navigate to Bookings > Calendar from your dashboard.
  2. Click on a specific date, or click and drag across multiple days.
  3. Select Block Dates.
  4. Enter an optional title (e.g., “Private Wedding” or “Vacation”) and confirm.
Clients visiting your profile will no longer be able to select these dates when submitting new inquiries. Manually blocking dates can be tedious. DJfindr allows you to subscribe to external calendar events via API pushes. When you link your chosen external calendar app (Apple, Google), any event marked as “Busy” will seamlessly map to a blocked block on your DJfindr calendar. If you delete or move the event on your phone, DJfindr automatically updates in the background.

Calendar Views

Use the top-right toggle to view your timeline by:
  • Month: Best for a high-level overview of a busy season.
  • Week / Multi-Day: Ideal for getting granular hour-by-hour availability on heavy weekend shifts.
  • Agenda: A simple chronological list of all upcoming confirmed Events and manual blocks.
