The DJfindr Event Proposal flow is perfect for structured, contract-bound bookings. But what happens if you just need to collect a quick $200 deposit for an impromptu party, or if the client isn’t using the DJfindr platform at all? This is why we built PayLinks. PayLinks are custom, reusable checkout URLs that you can send directly to anyone, anywhere.
  1. Navigate to Finance > PayLinks.
  2. Click Create New PayLink.
  3. Fill out the details:
    • Amount: Set the exact total the client must pay.
    • Currency
    • Description: A brief note (e.g., “Remaining balance for the Stevenson Wedding,” or “Halloween Bash Deposit”).
  4. A secure, custom pay.djfindr.com/... checkout URL is instantly generated.

Collecting the Funds

Copy the unique link and text, email, or direct message it directly to your client! When a client clicks the link, they are taken to a beautiful DJfindr-branded, secure checkout page on their phone or desktop. They can use Apple Pay, Google Pay, or manually enter their credit card. You receive an immediate email or app notification the moment the transaction clears, and the funds instantly appear in your Finance > Payments ledger, ready for your next scheduled Payout.
