After an event concludes, clients are prompted to leave a review detailing their experience. Your aggregate star rating is one of the most important metrics on your public DJ profile.

The Review Process

  1. 24 hours after the scheduled event end time, the client receives an automated email.
  2. They are asked to rate you out of 5 stars and provide a written testimonial.
  3. Once submitted, the review automatically appears on your profile and dashboard.

Managing Your Reviews

Navigate to Bookings > Reviews to see a chronological list of all feedback.

Why Reviews Matter

Our discover algorithms prioritize DJs with high-quality, frequent 5-star reviews. To show up at the top of a client’s search page for your area, you must consistently deliver phenomenal service. If you ever receive an unfair or abusive review that violates the DJfindr Terms of Service, you can click Report next to the review block to have a site administrator investigate.
