The Inbox serves as the central hub for all active negotiations, questions, and interactions with clients. Keeping response times fast strongly correlates with successfully secured bookings.

Receiving Inquiries

When a client wants to book you from your profile, they will click “Inquire”. This opens a new thread in your Inbox. The inquiry will automatically state critical parameters like:
  • Event Date & Time
  • Location
  • Occasion (e.g., Wedding, Corporate)
  • Desired Genres
  • Client Notes

Responding to Messages

Click on any active thread in your sidebar to open the message history. You can type and securely send messages to clarify details or ask follow-up questions about the event structure before quoting a price. DJfindr enforces the use of the platform’s messaging system to ensure a clear paper trail of negotiated terms.

Advancing the Workflow

Once you have ironed out the specifics inside the Inbox chat, you can seamlessly transition to the Events tab to build out an official, payable Proposal for the client based on your agreed terms.
